Terms & Community Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to create a farmer account or place an order. Use DabhasaMart only for lawful local produce listings and genuine pickup orders. Provide accurate information, keep your PIN private, and do not misuse another person's identity, phone number, account, or content.

• List only produce you are authorised and able to sell.
• Keep names, photos, prices, quantities, and availability truthful and current.
• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload illegal, unsafe, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.

DabhasaMart helps customers and farmers arrange pickup. Payment is cash or UPI at pickup; DabhasaMart does not collect or hold payment. Farmers remain responsible for their produce, prices, availability, pickup arrangements, and compliance with applicable law. Customers should place genuine orders and collect them as agreed.

Users can report a farmer or listing from its screen in the app, or email dabhasamart@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action may include hiding content, removing listings, restricting an account, or contacting the people involved.

In the Android app, users can also block a listing or farmer directly. Blocking immediately hides that listing, or the farmer and all of their listings, on the user's device while a report is reviewed.

DabhasaMart may remove content or accounts that violate these rules, create risk, or are required to be removed by law. Repeated or serious misuse may result in loss of access.

We work to keep information and access reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Listings and user-provided information may contain mistakes. DabhasaMart may change or discontinue features when needed to operate and protect the service.
